We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missed/failed delivery & safe places

If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver (for example, no one is available), they may re-attempt delivery or provide instructions for rearranging delivery/collection. If you request a parcel to be left in a “safe place” or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk.

Delayed delivery

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control (for example weather, courier network issues, or peak seasonal demand). If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged parcels / issues on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the shipping label

  • the damaged item(s)

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
